Uplift

Place your knitting to the side and stand tall. Feet flat on the ground, a little wider than hips distance apart.


*Deep inhale. Bend your knees and wiggle your hips a bit.


Deep exhale. Roll your shoulders back.


Inhale. Relax the jaw.


Exhale. Open and close the mouth a few times.


Inhale. Turn the corners of the mouth up. Hold for 5 seconds.


Exhale. Stick out your tongue and audibly sigh.


Repeat from * 2 more times.
