To bring mindfulness to your knitting start by focusing on your stitches. Repeat your pattern to yourself or out loud as you knit. When you find your mind has wandered, instead of chiding yourself or following thoughts, acknowledge it is happening, and come back to your stitches.


The best thing we can do is try. Give it whirl and see how it goes.
