At the moment a non-fiction book I'm reading, and loving, is Cræft: An Inquiry Into the Origins and True Meaning of Traditional Crafts by Alexander Langlands.
A fascinating read. Only half way through, but I totally recommend it. An exploration of history and the spirit of making.
I've been reading it out loud to my kids at night, it's interesting to me, and helps them fall asleep!
