Deep Breath

Take a deep breath and try again. That is something I find myself repeating often, be it while knitting or trying to wrangle chickens. Focusing on our inhales and exhales is simple and powerful. Conscious awareness of how we are breathing throughout the day can make mundane to challenging tasks go more smoothly.


Breathe with ease, move freely, and stitch often.
